POCKET LISTINGS What is a pocket listing? A property for sale or soon-to-be for sale that is not yet on the MLS. This "secret" inventory comes from several sources: Our own clients (the home maybe isn't ready to be put on the MLS due to repainting, out-of-town guests staying in the home, or for some reason they simply don't want the property on the MLS), other agents in our office, other agents from other brokerages and other proprietary sources. Some of our buyer clients and investors want to know about these properties so that they can have a chance to view or purchase these properties before they are released to the general public. If you would like to be notified of these pocket listings, just send us an email and describe very specifically the type of home or other property you are looking for.
